Dread’i Rythm Force

Dread’i originally hails from a small village called Paix-bouche in the Commonwealth of Dominica, where he had been told many stories about himself as a baby being moved to dance at the sound of reggae music. It was there where he entered a local calypso concert and discovered he had a talent for singing. Dreadi is currently based on St Maarten NA where he has learned to play the guitar, honed his craft, written and created music for the past 17 years. Dreadi is a very experienced performer. He has performed with many international reggae artists such as: Culture, Beres Hammond, Steel Pulse, Gregory Isaac, Third World, Burning Spear, Shaggy, Tanya Stevens and many more. His musical idols are the great Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer.

Dread’i Rythm Force would like to extend his gratitude and love to all people of different walks of life, but most of all, to all of the musicians who have enabled him to pursue his musical career such as: Neville (Fatts) James, Roelof (Basses Matthew), Fred York, Nikita Christmas, Hilroy Honore, Cornelius Roumou, Roman Price, Conrad Sisco Richardson, Edward Charles, Burt Caston Gauw, Swadie, Carl Forde, Farncis Durand (Elky), Tijon Burgland, Ian (Fatta) McLean and Connis Vanterpool, the depth of things, among many others, We love you St. Maarten/St.Martin and Dominica.
